I have changed the AIPSPATH scripts to put the AIPS directories last in $PATH and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH.  Out oif an excess of caution I have put the old files where the AIPS directories are pre-pended also in the system named AIPSPATH1.  They will not be used but if some site has this issue in reverse, they can substitute the "new" files.
