You need to execute the fix_aips_elcap.sh script under a bash shell.  This is a fix for all versions from El Capitan on.  Normally with a MNJ you would not need to do this.  However, in November I switched from an old Intel compiler to gfortran for Macs as well.  That has new libraries that need to be set up by the fix script.
