        Changed:
        IMEAN   Adjusted the histogram computation so that the edge
                boxes have the same width as the others (instead of
                only half)
        TAPLT   Histogram was okay.  Changed to plot connected lines
                on histograms and binned plots if FACTOR < 0 and to
                let FACTOR apply to all plots.  Also help file.
        TVHLD   Top point was allowed to fall off the histogram.
        PFPL3   Corrected computation of histogram, added IO error test
                generalized the size of the histogram with adverb NBOXES
                Help file too
        PCHIS   Slight adjustment of the edge cases in the histogram.
        Moved nowhere.
