Hi Eric, thanks for your reply. I've checked the procedure and run the midnight job but did not get a different version.  I  suspect the issue is with the bit of code starting on line 1829, which sets the inputs for curl retrieval (I do not have wget) and reads as follows:
         if (vba_get=-1) then;
            syscom= 'curl
            sys2com(2)= 'o_finals.erp > /tmp/usno_finals.erp
            system

There is also an insignificant typo on l. 1824: Dowload -> Download.

I have already downloaded the file manually and moved on but I'm reporting it in case it may be fixed for the general user.
