Now that I know what is the problem, I found another solution. I was originally using SOLINT -1 which makes the task creating a closure phase when it has accumulated at least one sample for the three antennas but then it averages over SOLINT minutes. So, if I instead use SOLINT -10/60, it averages over 10 sec and it works properly. The problem was the very short observing time for some sources.
