CHANGE.DOC entries:

        Found bugs in the fitting search for the minima.  It seemed
        to work anyway some times but failed otherwise.  Also "db"
        is meant to be in power so 20*log10(amp) for one moving
        antenna.  So changed the ratio computation.  Clarify things
        in the help file.
        Moved nowhere.
