Hi James,Phase and delay jumps are basically the same thing. If you use PCCOR to calibrate the instrumental delays in the original calibration, this should have corrected the phase jumps. In other words, just run PCCOR as normal. You should examine the PC for the GBT, it is possible (I"ve seen this before on old data) that the PC will not have been sampled often enough for this purpose.
