Never mind - I see this is mentioned on http://www.aips.nrao.edu/index.shtm, where it says where recent version can be got.That seems like a non-inuitive place to look though.  Perhaps VLBAUTIL/VLBAEOPS could be updated, or at least print a messagepointing people to ftp://ftp.lbo.us/pub/staff/wbrisken/EOP
