Never mind - I see this is mentioned on <a href="http://www.aips.nrao.edu/index.shtm">http://www.aips.nrao.edu/index.shtm</a>, where it says where recent version can be got.<br />That seems like a non-inuitive place to look though.  Perhaps VLBAUTIL/VLBAEOPS could be updated, or at least print a message<br />pointing people to <a href="ftp://ftp.lbo.us/pub/staff/wbrisken/EOP"></a><a href="ftp://ftp.lbo.us/pub/staff/wbrisken/EOP">ftp://ftp.lbo.us/pub/staff/wbrisken/EOP </a>
