I agree that the jumps look rather odd.  I think the task extends the answer at the edge channel of ICHANSELall the way to the edge.  It might be instructive to set ICHANSEL to include all channels as a test.I also doubt that the high frequency ripples are real - the coherence is probably added by SMOOTH and INTPARM.Do be aware that SMOOTH and any bandpass corr interact.  The question is what SMOOTH was done in BPASS.You then have to stay with that value if any, or have SMOOTH applied after the bandpass (different SMOOTH(1)).INTPARM was to do even more smoothing after that mess, but is certainly similar to SMOOTH if applied after thebandpass.  I wonder if you should not simply use the "continuum" solution for a narrow band observation.CheersEric
