I have corrected GETFQ and APCAL to close the open file andto respond to error conditions so that it will not go on witherror after error as it did for you.The code requires the knowledge of the frequencies of each IF.In your case there are 6 different frequencies for each IF, one foreach FREQID.  If the FQ table contains only one FREQID thenthe code will use FREQID=-1 to be able to employ all freqidsin the TY and GC tables.  But not in your case - I should changethe help file too.Eric Greisen
