Dear helpdesk,I got an email about this ticket on 2019-06-26. Apologies for the late response, but I am on holidays and check email very rarely. The email was:
Dear Eskil Varenius,The helpdesk ticket 13508 which is assigned to you is overdue. Please respond to the user as soon as possible or consider changing the status of the ticket to reflect its current status (e.g., Pending, On Hold, or Resolved).Thank you for your attention on this important matter. The Helpdesk Adminshttps://help.nrao.edu/staff/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/13508Two comments on the email1) The link seems to direct me to the "staff" login of the helpdesk, which slightly confused me. Is this correct, or should the link say something else, e.g. direct me to a non-staff login?2) I am happy to investigate this a bit more on my end later this year. I do want to solve this at some point, but as I am right now on holidays and then changing positions to a new job in September it will likely be some time before I can look at this seriously. Also, given my shallow FORTRAN knowledge I bet someone on your side may solve this before I get to it. But I'm happy to keep this ticket open as a reminder without any urgent action item for now. Please do let me know, however, if you learn anything more regarding the issue.Best regards,Eskil
