Dear Sir/Madam:I got a problem about VLBA data process with aips. When I process VLBA data about earth orientation correction with 'VLBAEOPS', it shows 'THE AUTOMATIC DOWNLOAD FAILED'. So I try to download the file manually from 'http://gemini.gsfc.nasa.gov/solve_save/usno_finals.erp' with my browser. But, it also shows 'connect failed'.So, how should I download the 'usno_finals.erp' file to correct the earth orientation effect?Sincerely.Minhua Zhou
