Sorry - thought I had added this yesterday, but turns out I never clicked 'Save'.

There was never a split from calibrate_complex_gain into calibrate_ampli and calibrate_phase - that was in from the beginning because ALMA wanted it that way (when I suggested a change to CALIBRATE_COMPLEX_GAIN, they jumped up and down, and I see [and saw] their point).  The JIRA ticket I reference above was from 2010 (where I defined the mapping from intents to calcodes).  Nothing changed in 2014...
