I think SETJY is not doing what it says it is. The "explain" file claims that:APARM(2) 2 => use VLA values (Perley-Butler 2013), I think this should say "Perley-Butler 2010" - when I checked values for 3C48, Q-band, 2016, I found that 1) APARM(2)=1 produced values consistent with Perley Butler 2013 (ApJ2, vol 204, p19), using their latest (2012.0) fit. 2) APARM(2)=2 got values ~3% higher than Perley-Butler 2013. I think they are probably Perley-Butler *2010* values.Also, probably the description of APARM(2)=1 should mention the Perley-Butler 2013 reference explicitly.
