Reading the error messages more closely - you do not have write privilege in any of the data areas.It failed to make catalog files (CAD* names) because of privilege issues.  You guys at CfA need to getyour group assignments and permissions straight.  Here we put all aips users in the aipsuser groupand all data areas have group aipsuser with rws privilege for the group.Eric Greisen
