[daip] Where is the SC file?

Dear Aips staff,

I'm a Japanese student learning astronomy.
I 'm trouble with starting aips. Could you give me some advice?
When I run task 'fring'   firstly, it succeeded. 
However when I run task ' fring' secondly in different previous parameters, I got the error as below :

LOCALH> FRING1: CALCOP: ERROR     5 CREATING SCRATCH FILE

LOCALH> FRING1: localhos 31DEC17 TST: Cpu=     53.6  Real=     86  IO=     45429

So I looked for the same error in the website, I could find this address.

as writing in this URL, I tried to delete SC file, but I couldn't find the file.
Where is the SC file?
