Yea, the I checked the TSM plots for EB and the wind seemed to be gusty, but only got up to ~15mph, which isn't that fast, but I don't know the stability of EB.  I looked on-line and couldn't find any guidelines on wind speed.  I'll talk to the analysts and see if they remember anything about this project.
