There is a task LDGPS which reads GPS data and writes a GP table. Task
APGPS can then apply these data to a CL table.

The command apropo is useful to find things

e.g. apropo gps

gets

 >apropo gps
AIPS 1: APGPS ** categories: TASK CALIBRATION VLA
AIPS 1: Apply GPS-derived ionospheric corrections
AIPS 1: GPSDL ** categories: TASK CALIBRATION VLA
AIPS 1: Calculate ionospheric delay and Faraday rotation corrections
AIPS 1: LDGPS ** categories: TASK CALIBRATION VLA
AIPS 1: load GPS data from an ASCII file

where the middle one is an old name for the first one.
