I do not know if I can help you with this.  The messages state that
the computer you are using does not have file locking implemented.
This is something I have not encountered anywhere and is pretty
gross negligence I would think.  I cannot provide a binary installation
of aips that omits file locking - we actually assume that it works even.
I could help you comment it out if you want to compile aips yourself.
(The gfortran compilers of some versions such as 5.x actually work well.)
