A thought - it is possible that the installation did not set up the user
control files properly.  Try

my machine says:

The number 20 parameter could be 0 or 1 for you and others could be messed up too.
They should not be but ???

The password is AMANAGER

You could also  RUN FILAIP instead - that should change this file - but it may just skip a pre-existing one.
