Sorry I have not gotten back to you until now, I've been traveling and this fell off my list.  X-band looks great.  There are some weirdnesses with S-band but I think that is probably RFI, since they are mostly in IF 8 (e.g. gain of 5 for BR/IF8?!?) .  The gains you are getting 25-30 are what I would expect at these frequencies, the higher ones at S band again, I think are probably from RFI.  You might want to smooth/clip the TY table for S-band before you do APCAL.  The sampler corrections look fine for both.
