I have put back a version that is a little more helpful about time intervals.
For your usage I recommend SOLINT=-1.   I added a paragraph to the help 
warning about the exact time interval changing things a little.  But I also
added the option to use fixed scale on the X axis.  This would let you compare
things while ignoring the subtle changes due to 30 samples in this scan and
28 in the next.  Tomorrow's MNJ in 31DEC17 will update.
