I would hesitate to give a "definitive" statement on this since theold CalTech KEYIN routine is quite complex.  However, when itparses the string to get values and encounters a colon it changesthe scaling by 1/60 so I suspect that a second colon in the stringswitches to seconds from minutes as one would wish.  i suspecttherefore that either hh:mm.mm or hh:mm:ss.ss will work.  You couldof course try it in some simple case.Eric Greisen
