The use of the adverb name CELLSIZE is peculiar in MOMNT.  It is not
the image cell size (in m/s, degrees) as one would expect.  Instead
CELLSIZE is the width of the smoothing functions.  Thus A and B
represent the number of pixels averaged by the smoothing with
B being corrected by the Clean beam size which has already smoothed 
image.  Note that CELLSIZE, B1, and B2 are all in pixels.
