Hi Alex,

Sorry, I downloaded your data and decided to run VLBARUN (a pipeline in AIPS I wrote for VLBA data) on it.  This distracted me because your data broke the pipeline so I ended up fixing the pipeline.  Good news is that my pipeline now works on your data, I can send you the inputs I used and if you on the midnight job you will have the fixed pipeline, in case you want to try it.

Anyway, I do not find the effect you do.  After VLBAAMP the amplitudes in the CL tables vary smoothly and do not show big jumps.    VLBAAMP doesn't really have any inputs you can set, but just in case what inputs are you using?  Could you tell me what you do before VLBAAMP?  I know you say you don't get the problem if you do not run VLBAAMP.

Also you do need VLBAAMP or at least to run APCAL.  VLBAAMP runs ACCOR, SNSMO, CLCAL, APCAL, CLCAL, you could possibly run each by hand and see where the trouble comes in.  I can give you directions if you want to do this.

I attach the SNPLT of the CL table after VLBAAMP (just source 0216+011, other sources look OK too.).
