Thanks - I found the 2 lines in the code that were supposed to get
more editing than they got.  The serious one compared X positions
with NY and ignored the island if its upper X position was > NY.
31DEC15 is fixed now for patching or a MNJ.  31DEC16 will be fixed
after 10pm MDT tonight.
