Quite right - the new option to flag tables required re-opening the FG
table in the table copy routine,  That should not have been done when
FLAGVER <= 0 but it was.  That did not cause the tables to be flagged
but it made the FG table copying think that an FG table had been applied.

It will be corrected in tomorrow's MNJ.
