Dear Alexandra,

You do not mention DELZN at all.  You should read AIPS Memo 110 (you can find it at http://www.aips.nrao.edu/aipsmemo.html)  which talks about how to reduce geodetic blocks and use DELZN to calculate (and interpolate) the corrections.

Also for the Synthesis Imaging Workshop I made a tutorial which included geodetic calibration, it is not general, but the steps you would follow would be very similar in the "Instructions geodetic-like calibration to improve astrometry" section.
