IMAGR certainly is producing correct images so far as I know and it 
is a heavily used task.  One can tell IMAGR to write out residual images
by setting BMAJ < 0 - is it possible that the adverb was set perhaps to
-epsilon?

In this residual image - were Clean components found and do they
make some sense?  PRTCC and CCNTR would be 2 ways to look at them.

I am off on vacation for the coming week but will be back 7/16.
