[daip] Tsys data for GBT for BS247 (15B-312; 2015 Oct 5; 8.4 GHz)

Happy New Year!

  I started looking at BS247 2015 Oct 05 8.4 GHz (VLBA + GBT, Y27 and
EB scheduled but no data).

There seem to be no Tsys data for GB.  The 8.4-GHz Tsys look
reasonable except for GB (in the FITLD-generated TY table, 
the Tsys are slightly -ive, while in bs247cal.vlba.legacy it says
"! No data found."

  Do you guys know what happened to the GBT Tsys measurements? Are they
recoverable?
