The ANTAB issue is less of a  problem - I see you are right, the TY table *does* have three entries. LISTR,OPTY='GAIN' prints out only two of them.  

However, could you have a look at the APCAL problem where it only seems to run on one antenna at a time
and "purports to die" when run on all the antennas?
