You are right - the help does not say.  SOLINT=0 causes all data times 
to be averaged.  The actual behavior then depends on NPLOTS.  With 
NPLOTS=0, all data are averaged over all times and a single plot is 
generated.  If NPLOTS>0, one baseline at a time is plotted.
