There was a bad INDEX computation:

 INDEX = (ICHAN-1) * INCFI + (IIF-BIF) * INCIFI + 1

had a 1 for BIF previously - so the wrong part of the buffer
was changed for the model and untouched data written out.

Fixed in tomorrow's MNJ.
