I think UVMOD is only actually adding the model when BIF=1 (or 0), and
doesn't do anything if BIF != 1 (31DEC15)


For a, say, 8-IF data-set, doing DEFAULT UVMOD; FMAX=1,0; NGAUS =1
gets you:

BIF=0; EIF =0; output has visibilities 1,0, as expected
BIF=1; EIF=8: output has visibilities of 1,0
BIF=1; EIF =2; output has visibilities 1,0

but

BIF=2; EIF=2; output has visibilities same as input (not 1,0)


I looked at the code briefly and it only seemed to do sensible things with BIF,EIF
