Okay - the attachments to the e-mail that was sent to us were
readable and useful.  The resulting MINEN files are in my personal
anonymous ftp area (pub/staff/egreisen/MINEN*).  So ftp to
ftp.aoc.nrao.edu anonymously, cd to pub/staff/egreisen and
then 

binary
mget MINEN*

The MINEN.EXE and MINEN.OPT files are new or different.
