SPLIT -missing scan

To whom it may concern,

I have got some problems to split out the target source from the multi-source file. Concretely, there are 12 scans on the target in the
multi-source file, however, the output split file has only 11 scans on the target. I am missing the last scan on the target.
I have made several proofs to understand what the problem is. I found, for example, that if SPLIT runs with docal=-1, the output
file has the 12 required scans. The easy conclusion is that there is an issue in applying the calibration, although I do not understand what is wrong.
Maybe it is important to mention that the data were obtained with GMRT.

Below, I transcribed the inputs used in SPLIT, with docal=1 gainuse=2 (to apply the CL2 created in the multi-source file). The output SPLIT file created with these inputs has only 11 scans on the target:

By using listr, the scans on source J1843-033C (the target) in the SPLIT file are:
Scan Source Qual Calcode Sub Timerange FrqID START VIS END VIS
   1 J1843-03 : 0000 1 0/22:36:36 - 0/23:06:32 1 1 84316

I lost the last scan on the target, which in the multi-source file is:
Source Qual Calcode Sub Timerange FrqID START VIS END VIS
    J1843-033C : 0000 1 1/05:56:42 - 1/06:37:06 1 1096978 1211133

Just in case, the inputs used in CLCAL were important:
