I have attempted to update the help file for the changes
to the adverbs in the Inputs section.  The help has all
sorts of uses for APARM(5-9) which are not in the code.
I left those uses in with a comment that they are not
currently actually available.

I have taken out the sqrt(2) that was in the print statement
in the version of OMFIT you sent me in March 2012 (which I
called OMFT9 to avoid name conflicts).  My tests with UVMOD
and UVFIT plus UVHGM to get the rms of the data suggested 
that OMFIT's error bar did not need the factor of 1.414.
