This UVFITS file is 15GB but should now be available for you at http://bele.oso.chalmers.se/EV019_CBAND_DQUAL_UVFIX_INDXR.FITS. (Please do not spread the link and data.) Please let me know when you have the file so that I can remove it from the server. 

Checking the header I see that I saved the file with 31DEC13 version of AIPS on the date 2014-05-14. The file is a "pre-processed" version eMERLIN data, running a few tasks (e.g. UVFIX) and concatenating together a few sources to a multi source file etc. I know it was readable a few days ago with AIPS 31DEC15 so the current error must be related to a change in the past week. I did an additional check using PRTUV on the data and it seems indeed that the visibilities all have source number 1 stored, as evident when re-running indxr.
