Hi,
I am working with HI data from the EVLA and using appendix E, section 6. I have never used TYSMO and TYALP before this so I do not know if the output I am getting is good or not. For TYSMO I simply set INEXT to 'SY', got the file, and told it to go. Then, for TYALP I have the following input:
default TYAPL
flagver 0
fqcenter 0 $ Do not change the ref pixel. Supposedly we have already checked this. freqid 0
inext 'sy'
invers 0 $ I let the program figure it out. Otherwise it complains
in2vers 0
getn 1

So, from this I get a ton of output in my messages in the form of:
LOCALH> TYAPL1: SY T2= 0.634346 AN 12 NOT IN 100000.000000-100000.000000
LOCALH> TYAPL1: SY T2= 0.634346 AN 2 NOT IN 0.637784 0.637784

Then I get a warning:
LOCALH> TYAPL1: WARNING: 108007 samples had to be extrapolated in time

and another statement in all caps:
LOCALH> TYAPL1: Copied SU file from vol/cno/vers 1 1 1 to 1 12 1
LOCALH> TYAPL1: WXINI: 'IONOS_ELECTRON' COLUMN NOT FOUND
LOCALH> TYAPL1: Copied WX file from vol/cno/vers 1 1 1 to 1 12 1

So, I guess I am wondering if this is OK for output even with the warning. Also, what is the first set outputs that I mentioned telling me (the one that starts with TYAPL1: SY T2=)? The program seems to leave every line in that output ending in 100000.000000-100000.000000 except for AN 2. Is that OK?

Thanks in advance for your help!
