[daip] ANTAB and GC tables

Sorry misspoke slightly.  The dimension for the Y_VAL_1, GAIN_1, Y_VAL_2, GAIN_2 
all have a dimension of 1600 in the new file and 48 in the old.  I will keep 
looking.
