DOPLOT=8 AND 4are more useful plots than the first two.  DOPLOT=4
shows the computation of the time rms controlled by FPARM(3) and DOPLOT
8 shows a spectral one.  I do not know if your issue is time instability or only
frequency (possm plot).  Usually RFI is highly time variable so the time flagging
is often most useful.  FPARM(3 and 4) = -1 says to use of-dependent cutoffs
and doflag=0, doplot=12 says no flagging but compute the NOISE and SCUTOFF
limits and make the plots.
