I have attempted to fix the ANREFM problem - the antenna coordinates
are in fact left handed with an odd array center not 0.0 but small and antennas
on the surface of the Earth and the UK station on the other side of the
date line.

I also changed the inadequate buffer size to support MAXANT (usually 90) in UVAVG.
After tomorrow's MNJ   these should be fixed.
