With 9 antennas you have 36 baselines.  This suggests that you edited
out 0.78 % of your data before running DTSUM.  The noise calculation
for imaging is the sum over all baselines so that is  what DTSUM is giving
you.  Otherwise, it would have to differentiate between all (36 in your case) 
baselines to account for editing....
