When setting the window on ENTER SMOOTH TIME the TVFLG and similar
tasks rounded up by that smooth time.  They needed to do a MIN with
the actual work file dimension.  I guess I messed this up when adding the
"piece" concept.  Fixed in tomorrow's MNJ.
