What version of AIPS are you using?  The -SFL was only added
in 31DEC13 (and later).    Note that -SFL and -GLS are sort of
synonyms.  You can use puthead to change RA---SFL to RA---GLS
and DEC--SFL to DEC--GLS.  But the meaning of things like rotation
and reference declinations not equal 0 has rather changed.
