[daip] gain missing in APCAL

Hi Amy,

The session I am processing is RDV98 (correlated on 13-May-09), which is now publicly available in the NRAO archive.
I loaded the X-part of the data (it is a dual-frequency S/X session), ran VLBAMCAL, USUBA, INDXR, then ANTAB. ANTAB works fine (no file length nor "too much tsys"  error messages). As said before, the error occurred in the next step which is APCAL.

Yes, each GC table (I created one per subarray) has a value for ant 3, as in the attached file.
