[daip] gain missing in APCAL

Hi Eric, Hi Amy,

I am processing a VLBI S/X RDV session with 4 subarrays. I get the following issue with APCAL:

> APCAL1: Writing SN table   3 for subarray  3
> APCAL1: AMPCAL: NO GAIN FOR ANT:   3 POL: 1 IF:    1
> APCAL1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes

Please note that this only happens with this subarray...

Tsys and Gains are loaded manually thanks to ANTAB. The input file is as below:
