It is true that the display in the upper left corner can say
fixed, but I cannot see how that condition arises (non-zero
parameter values with the flag saying do not fit).  It is a
left over from when the code allowed fixed components
but all I can find is one place (point the TV cursor off the
plot) that sets the flag false and the parameters 0.  If it
arises again, let me  know.

I remember fixing a bug that caused the code to read off
the end of the table but I can find no mention of it anywhere
and did not see anything in recent diffs I ran to see what I
had done.  Oh well - let me know if it recurs.

Do you really need to fix a component?  If so, I can see if I
can figure out a way to allow that to happen interactively
from inside the task.
