Summary message to close this ticket:

Bill Cotton found that the metadata claimed that there would be
27 antennas in the data set, but the data set only contained 26.
He has a version of BDFIn that traps this condition and will see
to its movement into the released versions of OBIT.  Data were
made available to James in a FITS file in order to short-circuit
the delay inherent in propagating the software fix.
